Agreement
These terms are between you and Pomodoro Focus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply when you use the Pomodoro Focus Chrome extension and related billing service. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it and remove it from your browser.

The extension
Pomodoro Focus provides configurable focus and break timers, session statistics, notifications, and optional blocking of domains you select while a focus session is running. Site blocking works through Chrome’s extension permissions and browser rules; availability can depend on Chrome and your settings.
The extension may require network access to synchronize free-use counts and Pro status or to open Stripe checkout. The Privacy Policy explains the information used for these features.
Eligibility and installation
You must meet the minimum age required where you live to use the service. You are responsible for installing and using the extension in a compatible browser and for keeping your device and browser reasonably secure.
No user account is currently required. An installation ID is used to synchronize the free-use allowance and purchase status for that browser installation.
Free use and Pro
The extension currently includes up to five free focus-session starts. A focus session counts when it starts; resetting it does not restore a use. After the free allowance is used, starting timer sessions requires Pro access.
Pro is currently offered as a one-time payment of $27.90 for lifetime access to the Pro features offered with the extension. “Lifetime” means for as long as we make the service or the relevant Pro features available; it does not promise that every feature will remain unchanged forever. The current checkout page displays the price and any applicable taxes before you pay.
Some users who purchased an earlier monthly subscription may continue to have access while that subscription remains active. Those legacy subscriptions can be managed through Stripe’s customer portal where available. The lifetime offer is not a recurring subscription.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting checkout, you also agree to the terms and privacy practices presented by Stripe. Stripe provides payment confirmation and receipts for completed purchases.
For a one-time Pro purchase, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Refunds, withdrawal rights, and remedies are governed by applicable law and any additional terms shown at checkout.
Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, nothing in these terms removes that right. You can submit a request through the extension’s Chrome Web Store listing.
Acceptable use
Use the extension lawfully and do not interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its billing service, except where applicable law does not allow such restrictions. You are responsible for the domains you choose to block and for checking that your settings fit your needs.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue some parts of the extension or billing service. We will take reasonable steps to give notice of material changes when appropriate. Feature descriptions and compatibility may change as browsers and platforms are updated.
Pro access is tied to the browser installation ID currently used by the extension. Reinstalling or resetting browser data may affect that ID and the ability to restore a purchase automatically. Contact support with proof of purchase if you need help restoring access.
Disclaimers
The extension is a productivity aid, not a guarantee of focus, productivity, or uninterrupted site blocking. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here limits rights or guarantees that mandatory law gives you.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or courts available to you under the laws that apply where you live.

Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date above and provide notice where required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent allowed by law.
